The helicopter taught me some of the most beneficial lessons in my life. A near accident, pilot error, and often fatal condition, provided how to live life to the best of my ability, and to appreciate life in general. Isn't it funny how some of the scariest, most dangerous experiences bring about gratitude and clarity?

So, if you read the first two parts of THE STORM, you are already familiar with the term "settling-with-power," and my book, "Settling with Power, Three Steps to Mastering Life." I always felt a bit uncomfortable about saying I could possibly know how to master life. Someone might say, "prove it." HA. Good luck with that one, right? But I have learned a few significant lessons to guide myself and others to master life, or steer it well. Let me list again the life skills:

  1. Reduce the power to stop the shaking

  2. Push forward on the cyclic to remove the helicopter from the created storm

  3. Apply power to safely fly away

Three steps to recover from settling-with-power in Life:

  1. Think differently and reduce power when every part of you wants to give it more power

  2. Push forward out of the storm by praying to your higher power to live

  3. Apply power to life after the storm - learn how to live well

We Are in the LIVE Well Stage

The bad news is the world is experiencing the worst conditions in our history. We are caught up in the storm of settling with power. The good news is we are in this together. It's not something happening to someone else in another part of the world. It is happening to all of us on planet earth, now.

For some reason, I find solace in knowing the world is in the same boat, like me. I feel compassion for everyone. I feel connected to other countries, and people like never before. I'm still uncomfortable, but think, "what can I learn from this? How can I recover? How can I live better and be prepared for the next disaster, whether it is a personal health issue, a death in the family, or a pandemic?"

After the Storm, How to Live Well?

How can we be prepared and live better? Simple, not easy: Go to the bottom line. The place where we have personal power. The place where we can do something about anything and everything. The only way is to take care of ourselves first. How do we unselfishly do this?

Personally, Plan A is to get off the grid. Disappear into the wilderness, live off the land, and block out the world. But then there is the reality that there is no safe place to go, and I would want to take my family, friends, beloved acquaintances, and all the good guys, with me. Bad guys are not invited. You know who you are.

Reality Check: There is No Place to Hide.

Plan A won't work anymore - unless we have a space ship. So, what's Plan B? Plan B is to work on our health - the immune system, get off the grid away from almost everything we've been taught about health. It's the only way. Sounds like an easy solution, but challenging and complicated to implement in our current world of finding exactly what to implement. Finding the real deal, or the real truth. But to live well, we need to build our immune systems.

Building the immune system with something that works can be exciting. Finding the real deal can be frustrating, even scary, pretty vague, and overwhelming. We have to be able to trust that what we are doing is the truth. There are a lot of theories out there. And even more snake oils.

How do we find a trusted source of truth so we can LIVE right? How do we find the real deal? One that has no hidden agendas from "broken science, interest groups, lobbyists, internal kickbacks, persuaded belief systems, private panels of influencers, health-field payoffs, or trendy traps?" ~Anthony William

Fortunately, there is someone who is the real deal. For some, though, this source is suspect. I was suspicious too but guided to the discovery of books by Anthony William. I tried and tested this information for several years and found it to be spot-on. Finally, a trusted resource for how to build a healthy, robust immune system. One that will protect from pathogens, bacterias, and broken science - even will protect us from liars, those who would do us harm in order to line their pockets.


We have to believe in something, and we don't have decades to wait for the pharmaceutical industry to get a clue or Bill Gates to go away. So I invite you to try the information written by Anthony William, who claims to be "the" medical medium. I believe his claim. Try it. You might like it. I know I did.


  1. Go to your happy place and pray/meditate to recognize truth to have the ability to do what truth requires.

  2. Work on authentic solutions of health to build your immune system. Do you know the foundation of your immune system is your liver? "If your liver ain't happy, ain't nobody happy." It's that simple. It's ALL about your liver. If the heart is your symptom, or the kidneys, or the eyes, or the skin - ALL can be traced back to your liver. So go there first, unless you are facing an emergency. Then take care of the crisis but continue to work to fix/rescue the liver. You will be well on your way to improving everything else.

  3. The number one thing you can do to build your immune system and make your liver happy is simply drink 16 ounces of celery juice (you can't buy it, you have to juice it yourself), every morning on an empty stomach. Wait 15 to 30 minutes. Then eat. If you don't have time every morning to make celery Juice, drink 32 ounces of lemon or lime water. Really that's it. Celery Juice is not a meal substitute - it's medicine for the body.   4. If you need to pay attention to your symptoms because they are bothersome and severe, search your symptoms on or read any and all of Anthony William's books.   5. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. Exercise the mind and body. Be happy. Play with your kids. Work hard. Love like you mean it. Get some sunshine. Eat well with more ripe, raw, fresh, organic plants. Exclude or limit foods that feed pathogens such as fat (healthy or animal), dairy, canola oil, protein, pork, eggs, soy, GMO's, etc. Find a list here:

  7. Keep learning, keep your scales at the right weight number, do something good for someone, but remember that it is better to dedicate yourself to one person than to work for the masses. If working for the masses is your calling/mission, do it with passion, style, and grace. Live. Laugh. Love. Leave a legacy.
